  •   2009 Oreilly/NCRA Oklahoma Sport Modified Rules will be used.  A link is provided below to the rules on the NCRA website.  All rules will be enforeced.  The pay schedule in these rules will ONLY apply during sanctioned events.  The fees and points funds listed only apply to the NCRA touring series. Ncra rules will change to meet imca 2009 rules.
